Integrity Construction Services (ICS Plans): a design, planning, and construction firm operating since 2010, now scaling the planning side: pre-approved co-living plans, ADUs, additions, and lot strategies that turn one residential parcel into multiple sellable units. Licensed to work in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, with a built-in workforce pipeline and a decade-long partnership behind 80 percent of current volume.

Co-living is growing nationally and no builder ranks for it in search yet. The current digital presence is a splash page and a Yelp listing, so this is a ground-up build. Whoever publishes first on these terms will hold those rankings for years.

AI search engines score three things: social presence, owned publishing, and third-party press. Consistent themes across all three is how you become the answer when someone asks GPT or Gemini who builds co-living. The playing field is level right now. It will not stay that way once paid placement arrives.
